Trouble connecting device?
Before you press Connect
Use a good quality USB data cable. Charge-only cables will not work. The cable that came with the Pixel is best.
Plug the cable straight into the computer, not into a USB hub, keyboard or monitor. On a desktop, use a port on the back. If one port doesn't work, try another.
Make sure the cable is pushed in fully at both ends.
Unlock the phone and keep the screen on the whole time.
USB debugging is on: Settings → System → Developer Options → USB Debugging.
Your license key has been validated above.
You are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a Windows, Mac, Linux or ChromeOS computer.
Connecting
Press Connect Phone via USB above, select "Pixel" in the pop-up at the top-left of your browser, and click Connect.
When the phone asks "Allow USB debugging?", tick Always allow from this computer and tap Allow.
Don't see "Pixel" in the pop-up? Close the pop-up, unplug the phone, plug it back in, unlock it, then press Connect Phone via USB again.
Still not connecting?
Close other programs that use the phone, such as Android Studio, scrcpy or phone manager apps. If you have ADB installed, open CMD and run adb kill-server.
Close any other tabs with this page open.
On the phone, turn USB debugging off and on again, or tap Revoke USB debugging authorizations in Developer Options, then connect again.
Restart both the phone and the computer, then open this page before anything else.
Try a different cable, or a different computer.
If it still fails, contact PF Secured support and quote your license key.
